Downtown Las Vegas Chapel Elopement

Listen. We all know that planning a traditional wedding is like taking the A-line to Stress City only to get there and speed through it so fast your vision blurs and you don’t remember anything — or really enjoy yourself — at all. Who the heck wants to do that? When Ashley and Jacob found themselves on that exact track, they said “NOPE” and chose to elope! (Hey, look at me being all rhyme-y!)

When the two lovebirds announced to their bridal party that they were ditching the wedding planning and booking a flight for a dreamy, vintage, cheesy Las Vegas elopement, they didn’t expect everyone to be on board and tag right along. But that’s exactly what they did! And when I tell you they came ready to party, I. mean. it. SO much fun. It was June so it was INSANELY hot, but we all braved the heat and had an elopement to remember.

If there are two things that I love Vegas to be known for, it’s partying and gettin’ hitched. Getting to tag along with this crew while they did just that was such a blast! We started out at their Cosmopolitan suite, snacking and sipping and getting dolled up before hopping in the car, taking some shots, and heading over to arguably the best place for a Las Vegas elopement: The Little White Chapel!

After their lovely little ceremony, we had a BALL romping around The Fremont Street Experience, got lucky on a few machines, stopped for a fun little twirly-whirl moment on 6th Street, then hopped back in the car for even more SHOTS! Did I mention how much fun we had??

If you’re a lover of all things vintage Vegas, there’s no better combination than a room the the Cosmo, a ceremony at The Little White Chapel, and an evening spent partying on Fremont Street. Seriously, how much better could it get?
