Just Married Portraits | Neon Museum + Fremont Street Las Vegas

You know how they say opposites attract? These two are exactly that.

Faith and David’s wedding was a long time coming, and they had a hell of a time trying to plan it all.

“After rescheduling our wedding 3 times then finally having to cancel it and losing all of our deposits, we're just looking to have some fun together,” Faith said. “So it will be just the two of us for this trip!” A wedding and a honeymoon all in one – heck yes! Scroll to see a kick-ass high five at the end of the post.

One thing I love about couples who trust me with their photos is that they often look to me for advice on location. Faith told me she for sure wanted to photograph at the Neon Museum, but having been a Las Vegas elopement photographer for so long, I pretty much know that area like the back of my hand! I told Faith straight up that we probably only need about 30 minutes max in that area to get all the photos she wants, and we can do the second half of their session around Fremont Street, so she can really get two different (but similar) vibes for her photos! She absolutely loved that idea, and she told me I was the only photographer to suggest that! I just want the best for my clients, okay??

This session was nonstop laughter. We shared the Neon Museum with a few other photographers and clients during their “Portrait Hour.” This is a really great option for couples who don’t mind sharing the space with other people while still getting the bomb photos they want! Compared to the rate that you’d have to pay to rent out the entire space, this is a much more affordable option, and I almost always know the other photographers there at the same time!

When Faith got her photos back, she nearly died she was so excited!

“OHH EMM GEEEEEEE!!! I wasn't expecting them so soooon!! Thank you sooo much!!!! You have allowed us to achieve the highest honor in life, which is GIF GOALS! It was so amazing to meet and work with you and I can't tell you how much these have exceeded our expectations!! Thank you sosososo much!! <3 Social media SPAM party begins.... NOW.”

This response honestly made my heart SING. There’s nothing better than seeing your clients love your work as much as you do.
