Couple’s Pose Ideas | Las Vegas Elopement Photographer

Hey cuties! From elopements to wedding portraits to couple’s pictures and beyond, it’s time to dive in to a topic that comes up so often as couple’s prepare for any type of portrait session: How the heck are you supposed to pose? Let’s get to it!

How to pose for your Las Vegas portrait session:

For starters, you should know that posing is not as intimidating as it seems. I have a lengthy (mental) playbook in my (metaphorical) back pocket and with more than a decade of experiencing guiding couples in and out of these positions, we’ll be sure to get the cute and romantic poses. My style of photography is focused on the candid moments where documentary-style photography tells the story in the smiles and laughs that happen in between. Your only job is to show up in love and have a good time while I take pictures!

Pose ideas for couples:

A few examples of my tried-and-true poses include walking while holding hands, romantic forehead touches, goofy neck kisses, and a swoon-worthy dip with a kiss. If you like feeling extra prepared, you’re more than welcome to scroll Pinterest or my other galleries, bring some pose ideas to me, and we’ll do our best to make them happen! Just keep in mind that we may have to change or leave out some of these ideas if they’re not a good fit. Luckily I’m an expert at adjusting on the fly!
