Even though my specialty lies in high-end travel elopement and wedding photography, I still love doing luxury couples’ sessions here and there in Las Vegas, especially when these portrait sessions feature couples as amazing as Sarah and Jeff. Sarah reached out to me a full year in advance (!!) to book an engagement session all the way from Toronto. Like so many of my couples these days, they met during COVID and have been attached at the hip ever since.
Sarah and Jeff were totally open to suggestions on beautiful engagement picture locations in and around Las Vegas. Based on my knowledge as an experienced Las Vegas photographer, without a doubt two of the most iconic locations are Red Rock Canyon and Fremont Street.

“Talking to Amber was like chatting with an old friend — she was warm, easygoing, and totally understood the vibe we were going for.
On shoot day, she brought waters to keep us hydrated, and even packed a bottle of bubbly for us to pop. We shot at Red Rock Canyon and Fremont Street — two totally different but equally epic backdrops. It was super windy and I was nervous it would ruin our photos, but honestly? It gave me my full Beyoncé wind machine moment — the shots were SO dynamic and romantic. Truly, the wind was a blessing in disguise.
Amber is also crazy efficient — we got sneak peeks an hour after wrapping the shoot! And when we received our full gallery, we were blown away by the quantity and quality. We got so many beautiful images and felt so comfortable throughout the entire experience.
