As I was combing through some of my old posts, I realized that while I had tons of great resources to help you plan the perfect proposal, a complete guide on locations, speech writing, AND planning would be super helpful for anyone planning to propose in Las Vegas this year. Las Vegas Proposal Locations

Choosing a proposal location really boils down to finding a spot that matches your relationship. If you love the urban lifestyle or the art and entertainment the city has to offer, choose a location on the strip, at Fremont Street, or in the Arts District. If you like an intimate moment and a unique experience, something like the Venetian gondola ride or a romantic hotel proposal is perfect. And for those who love to explore the outdoors, a desert location like Red Rock or Seven Magic Mountains fits the bill. Make sure you consider things like how public your partner is okay with the moment being, how much of a trip outside the city you’re down for, and how elaborate the moment should be as it fits your partner’s personality. Proposal Speech Writing

I have a full post here about writing a kick-ass speech, but here are the cliff-notes: start with all the things they make you feel, make it personal, keep it short and sweet, and PRACTICE! This is a great time to get input from friends and family who know your partner as well as you do. Reflect on your favorite memories, imagine your future, put pen to paper, and voila!

Preparation and Planning

Everybody gets nervous, but thorough planning makes a big difference. We’ll build a comprehensive game plan based on your location and setup. I’ll get there early, put on my sneaky spy disguise, and wait for the big moment. My best advice here? Don’t choose a time or activity that’s way out of the ordinary for you—like a sunrise hike when you’re usually night owls. The best surprises are completely unexpected! One of my biggest tips that so many people overlook is where they hide the ring. If you’re carrying the ring in a box, please don’t keep it in your fitted pants pocket! I promise your partner will clock it the moment they see you. We can come up with a better hiding spot together!
