Engagement pictures are so special for each couple. After the big hurrah of your proposal, a session like this is a great opportunity to bask in the magic of being fiancés. This stage in your relationship goes by so fast and you deserve to celebrate it! On the practical side, it also gives you plenty of professional snapshots to use for your wedding website, announcements, and social media posts (so much better than those selfies from forever ago or cropped family photos!)

Choosing a Location for Engagement Pictures

When choosing a location for your engagement portrait session, my best advice is to look around Instagram or through my other blogs and see which spots resonate with who you are as a couple. If you love the bar scene, we’ll hit Fremont and the Strip for that city vibe. If portraits in the the Arts District sing to you, we’ll traipse through the murals. And if you’re called to the great outdoors, we’ll head out to a nature preserve, a dry lakebed, or to Red Rock Canyon.
