Snuggly Pillow Fight Las Vegas Couple Session

This is the second time I’ve been lucky enough to work with the sweetest couple in the world, and I’m so lucky I got to do this before they moved out of Las Vegas!

These two originally moved to Vegas from the east coast, making that looooooong road trip with their fur babes. We met on Facebook, bonding over a podcast we both listen to (SSDGM, y’all). Having modeled for us before (peep their super cute 70s-inspired photos here), they knew exactly what to expect and how to snuggle in front of a bunch of photographers all day. Once we told them they’d be pillow fighting non-stop, they were chomping at the bit to model again!

TJ and Jess just straight up fit together. They understand each other in a way that you’d expect of an old married couple, but they’re only just beginning their lives together (I mean, relative to the rest of their forever relationship lol). They now live in Portland together (which, the whole move was a surprise to me and I’m still not over the fact that they don’t live near me), but I’m so happy that they’re so happy together. You can definitely tell that they love their new home so much.

So we set up this shoot to be super fun and lighthearted, and Jess and TJ nailed it. They just loved whacking each other with pillows and throwing feathers everywhere. I’m pretty sure we’ll still be finding feathers around this room for another few months. But you should just scroll through the photos to see how worth it it is!

For myself and John, our home is covered in wall art and concert posters as memorabilia of our lives together. As soon as we get moved into our forever home (ya know, in like 10 years or whatever), we’re absolutely getting photos done in that space!
