Dressing Up Your Las Vegas Engagement Photoshoot
Las Vegas engagement sessions are always a blast. I get to meet a couple full of love who are just starting the next phase of their lives together as fiances. As short-lived as your time as an engaged couple feels, it’s such a great idea to commemorate this time with a fun-filled and romantic photoshoot!
Lots of couples who choose to do a photoshoot go all out—after all, you’re spending good money and having a good time, so why the heck not?! Here are some great (and not complicated) ways to jazz up your engagement photoshoot:
First up: Rent a car, limo, or party bus! Especially if we’re planning to hit a few different locations, having a sick ride to get from one place to the other is so much fun and makes for great pictures. Think dark and romantic inside a limo, or wild and free on the back of a convertible!
Next: Splurge on an outfit and shoes. Nothing boosts your confidence like a snazzy dress or a fresh pair of kicks! I promise that if you feel good and look good (and trust me, babe, you do!) your pictures will absolutely turn out better for it.
Third—and this is one of my favorite tips—Book professional hair and makeup! If you’re splurging on the whole experience, splurge on yourself, too. It’ll feel like a relaxing spa session, leaving you feeling pampered, relaxed, and runway-ready. If you don’t already have a favorite HMUA in Las Vegas, I have lots of recommendations!
Last up: Plan dinner or a date afterward. Whether this is a fancy outing at a fine dining restaurant or a takeout order and a movie back in your hotel room, plan a little something extra for just the two of you to round out the whole day.
