Tenth Anniversary Photoshoot | Red Rock Anniversary Portraits

Mandi and Josh reached out to me to schedule a session for their TENTH anniversary (woohoo!). I love anniversary sessions for a whole lotta reasons that lots of couples don’t consider.

So without further ado, here’s why anniversary photos are underrated:

• They’re super fun! Many couples want to do something special for anniversary celebrations and big milestones are even more of a reason to go all-out. An anniversary photoshoot is a unique way to spend quality time together while laughing, loving, and living in the moment. Plus, you get great frame-worthy pictures to remember it by!

• They’re a moment to reflect. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, you don’t get as many chances as you’d like to just cherish your partner and your relationship. Anniversary photoshoots are the perfect opportunity to live in the moment and feel at home in each other’s arms while we capture all those feelings for you to keep forever.

• Lots of people aren't thrilled with how wedding pictures turned out or didn't get many (or any at all). We can fix that! Mandi and Josh expressed this exact regret and chose to feature a wedding-style outfit during their session to give them the romantic and fun wedding pictures of their dreams.

• Celebrate your love for what it has grown into over the years. Later in life, after many, many more years together, you can look back on these photos next to your wedding photos, vacation photos, random snapshots, and all the little moments you lived together. You’ll reminisce on who you were at this point in your life while admiring how much you’ve grown together. You can’t put a price on that, folks!
